L.A.-based trumpeter Matt Fronke’s playing, writing, teaching, and home recording reflect his diverse musical tastes and experiences. His extensive training in classical and commercial music led to significant professional experience as a lead, ensemble, and improvising solo trumpeter in funk, pop, jazz, New Orleans-style, swing, fusion, salsa, reggae, rock, and symphonic groups, shaping Matt into the elite and versatile professional he is today. Matt is an endorsed artist for S E SHIRES brass instruments.

Matt holds a groundbreaking distinction as the very first trumpet playing member of Disneyland's historic Royal Street Bachelors jazz combo, and he has performed all four trumpet books with Gordon Goodwin’s Big Phat Band.
